Our Pyramid Gallery Photo Wall Frame Set contains our Elegant 20mm(W) x 20mm(D) solid wooden picture frames, made in Australia using the finest quality of eco-sustainable materials.
All frames are supplied with genuine glass, solid MDF backing and an acid-free matboard in a neutral white tone to enhance each photo, picture or artwork with harmony and balance. All picture frames also come with our famous Lifetime Guarantee.
Frames are supplied with a wall hanging kit and easy instructions on how to create your own gallery wall.
This set contains the following sized frames:
- 1x 11x14in (28x35cm) frame, double matted to 8x10in (20x25cm)
- 2x 10x20in (25x50cm) frame, double matted to 5x7in (13x18cm) with three openings
- 3x 12x12in (30x30cm) frame, double matted 8x8in (20xx20cm)
Please note, the measurements image displays a 5cm gap between frames.
PICTURE FRAME ORIENTATION:
Most picture frames and photo frames can be displayed or hung either portrait and landscape. They can also fit either portrait or landscape images and photos.

All Profile picture frames can be displayed either portrait or landscape and come with a solution provided as follows:
- Smaller sized photo frames up to 10x12in (25.4 x 30.5cm) can either stand upright for table-top display or hang on a wall hook (via a hangclip provided). This includes A4-sized picture frame options where available.
- 11x14in (28 x 35.5cm) sized photo frames only come with a hangclip included for hanging on a wall.
- Larger sized picture frames 12x16in (30.5 x 40.6cm) or larger will receive a complementary hanging kit for wall display. This includes A3 picture frame options where available.
- Hang kits come complete with hardware and instructions on how to install on the back of your picture frame.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS:
- We can ship to anywhere in Australia for a $12 flat rate per order.
- FREE SHIPPING for orders totally over $100, excluding WA, NT and TAS.
- Note that there are restrictions to our Free Shipping policy on some larger sized products being to remote and regional locations.
- All orders are shipped directly from our factory in Sydney. In many cases, we can supply most frames now via our online frame shop with a majority of items packed and dispatched within 1-2 days orders placed.
- We have some products like decorator framed prints are custom made to order. Please allow up to 1 week for these order to be produced. Then allow additional time for shipping to you, depending on your location.
- Shipping times to most major metropolitan cities is usually less than 1 week.
- Please allow up to 1-2 weeks more for regional and remote locations.
- Please allow more time during peak seasonal periods e.g.: Mother's Day, Black Friday, Christmas, etc.
- Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from us confirming you order has been shipped.
- We will also provide you with a tracking number to follow your delivery.
NEW ZEALAND ORDERS:
- $AUD39 Flat rate shipping per order. (Maximum order size of A2 or smaller)
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
- We can handle international orders with a minimum order value of $AU50. There may be some maximum size limitations up to A2).
- Please contact us with your order directly and we can calculate an international shipping cost for you.

We want you to be entirely happy with your purchase, so if you’re not, please let us know.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
