Our Beginning – Picture Frames & Photo Frames

Located in Hornsby in Sydney, our award-winning, family-owned business first started in 1977 from humble beginnings manufacturing picture frames, to now become Australia's largest manufacturer of quality timber photo frames.

Our first ever frames that we produced, were from our Signature frame collection, which is still a popular range for us today, sold through leading department stores and retailers. 

We understand that every frame will have a story to tell, so we’ve always had a focus towards care and pride in handcrafting timber photo frames that are stylish and made to the highest quality.

Since 1977 our business has grown, with our photo frames now proudly available in many well-known department stores and photo retailers across Australia.

Profile has always had a strong commitment to sustainability across our business. As part of our picture frame manufacturing, we carefully select materials and timbers which are sustainably sourced from plantations that we know and trust in Australia and around the world.

We also complement our collection of photo frames with an equally extensive range of stylish photo albums and metal photo frames.

Proudly printed and framed in our workshop in Sydney, we also offer wide range of decorator wall art prints and photo prints that are available either unframed or beautifully custom framed, delivered to your door and ready to hang on your wall.

Profile also offers an exclusive and premium range of luxury body, bath, and soap products, sourced from the finest manufacturers in Europe.

Our leading skincare brands include The English Soap Company from Sussex, England and Rudy Profumi from Milan, Italy. Both are family businesses, which specialise in making unique and beautiful hand soap bars, body wash, hand cream and more.  

All our body care and soap products are cruelty-free and feature colourful, eco-sustainable packaging.
