Christmas & New Year Opening Times
- We will be closed from Tuesday 24th of December 2024 and reopening again on Monday the 6th of January 2025.
- All orders and queries placed during this time will begin processing upon our return.
- Please allow around 2-3 weeks for any Profile Timber Picture Frame or Wall Art orders to be processed.
- We will be processing and shipping orders up to and including the Thursday the 23rd of December 2024.
Delivery Information
- Due to seasonal demand on all shipping carriers, delivery by Christmas is unfortunately not guaranteed.
- We recommend that you order as early as possible for the best chance to receive your orders.
Order Production and Shipping Lead Times
- These lead times include production and shipping times and are estimated only.
- These lead times were updated on 13-12-23.
- We cannot offer any guarantees, due to the demand on shipping carriers. Australia Post's cut-off for Christmas deliveries is the 8th of December.
- We do not offer any options for Express Post.
- Most of timber photo frames are hand-made to order, which can take 2-3 weeks to make during peak periods.
- If you have an urgent deadline, please contact us first and we'll do our best to help if possible.
- Shipping notification and tracking is provided once an order has been completed and dispatched.
