Affiliate FAQs

Once approved, you’ll receive a unique referral link. Share it with your audience — you’ll earn 10% commission on any order placed by a new customer through your link (excluding shipping fees).

A new customer is someone who has never placed an order with Profile Products Australia before. Returning or existing customers are not eligible for commission.

Yes. Orders using a discount greater than 20% are not eligible for commission.

If an order is cancelled, refunded, or flagged as fraudulent, the commission will be voided or deducted from your next payout.

No - self-referrals are not allowed. The program is designed to reward you for sharing Profile Australia with others.

Commissions are tracked in your dashboard. Payouts are processed monthly, once a minimum threshold of $50 is reached. Payment methods are PayPal, Gift Card or Direct Deposit (Australian bank accounts only).

Absolutely! Most of our affiliates are visual creatives who feature our products in galleries, articles, or shopping guides.

We're working on a content pack for affiliates. In the meantime, feel free to use any product photos directly from our site, provided they’re used respectfully and not altered. Or, you can also contact us with any requests, and we will be happy help too.

We regularly review affiliate accounts to ensure active engagement. If your account hasn’t generated any sales or commission within 4 months, we may remove it from the program.

That said, you're always welcome to reapply in the future if your circumstances change — no hard feelings.
