Size Guide:

Our art prints are produced using the highest quality fade-resistant archival inks onto our premium selected, 230gsm matte paper. The sizes described are the exact size of the print itself, which comes with an option for either a white border (White Border) or printed edge-to-edge (No Border).

For more accurate external frame dimensions, please scroll down further for the Size Chart Table.

White Border Option:

We offer the choice of either a White Border or No Border, which is printed edge-to-edge. Most people prefer the look of the White Border option, which is our default option. Selecting a White Border option will make the image itself a smaller on the paper, with additional white space added all around the image. The overall size of the print remains the same as specified and unchanged, including the white border.

A white border is a popular, decorative option which can help provide an aesthetically appealing distance between the artwork and the edge of the frame. This white border is not a matboard or a mountboard. It is just intentional white space of the paper print, surrounding the artwork.

The white border distance we add will vary depending on the overall size of the artwork you choose. Scroll down to the Size Chart Table below for print and frame dimensions, and also the specified white border distances that we apply.

Size Chart & White Space Table:

Unframed Print Dimensions Framed Print External Dimensions Optional White Border Width
A4 (21 x 29.7cm) 24 x 32.7cm (+/- 0.5cm) 1.5cm on each side
A3 (29.7 x 42cm) 32.7 x 45cm (+/- 0.5cm) 2.5cm on each side
A2 (42 x 59.4cm) 45 x 62.4cm (+/- 0.5cm) 3.5cm on each side
A1 (59.4 x 84.1cm) 62.4 x 87.1cm (+/- 0.5cm) 4.0cm on each side

Please note that when framed, a White Border on a print will be covered by approximately 0.5cm by the lip of the frame, all around the artwork. So the visible distance of white space may be less than indicated above.

Also, please allow up to 0.5cm variance on external frame dimensions, as these are hand-made.

Note that all frames are 3.0cm deep.
