Looking after your album helps preserve your photos for years to come. Whether it’s a fabric linen cover or a smooth faux leather finish, a little care goes a long way.

General Care Tips:

• Store your album in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Avoid extreme humidity or temperature changes, which can affect photo adhesives and paper.
• Handle your album with clean, dry hands to prevent marks on pages or covers.
• Keep it flat when not in use to protect the spine and page alignment.

For Linen or Fabric Covers:

• Use a soft, dry cloth or gentle lint roller to remove dust.
• Avoid rubbing with water or cleaning sprays, as these may leave marks or cause discolouration.

For Vinyl or Faux Leather Covers:

• Wipe gently with a slightly damp, soft cloth if needed.
• Avoid harsh chemicals, alcohol-based cleaners, or rough scrubbing.

Long-Term Photo Preservation:

• Use only photo-safe adhesives (for drymount albums).
• Avoid overfilling the album, which can strain the binding.
• Store albums vertically or flat - never at an angle where weight is uneven.

We ship Australia-wide from our Sydney warehouse and framing workshop.

• Flat Rate $14.95 – for NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, ACT
• Free Shipping – on orders over $150 (excludes WA, NT & TAS)
• Flat Rate $29.95 – for WA, NT and TAS

Please note: Due to excessive shipping costs for extra large parcels, we may not be able to deliver items larger than A1 size to remote or regional locations including WA, NT, TAS, and some areas of far north QLD. Orders to these locations may be refunded if delivery is not possible.

Production Times (Standard)

• Most products (e.g. photo albums, frames, body care) dispatch within 1–3 business days
• Made-to-order picture frames: allow 1–2 weeks for production

You’re welcome to return most new, unused photo albums within 30 days of delivery. If we’ve made a mistake or the album is faulty, we’ll cover the return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, shipping costs are not included.
