Our art prints are produced using the highest quality fade-resistant archival inks onto our premium selected, 230gsm matte paper. The sizes described are the exact size of the print itself, which comes with an option for either a white border (White Border) or printed edge-to-edge (No Border).

White Border Option:

You have the choice of either a White Border or No Border, which is printed edge-to-edge. Most people prefer the look of the White Border option, which is our default option.

Selecting a White Border option will make the image itself a smaller on the paper, with additional white space added all around the image. The overall size of the print remains the same as specified and unchanged, including the white border. 

A white border is a popular, decorative option which can help provide an aesthetically appealing distance between the artwork and the edge of the frame. This white border is not a matboard or a mountboard. It is just intentional white space of the paper print, surrounding the artwork. 

The white border distance we add will vary depending on the overall size of the artwork you choose. Scroll down to the Size Chart Table below for print and frame dimensions, and also the specified white border distances that we apply. 

The No Border option is popular for Print Only, if you are framing the print into a frame that you've sourced separately, which may already have a matboard included.

Please note that when framed, a White Border on a print will be covered by approximately 0.5cm by the lip of the frame, all around the artwork. So, the visible distance of white space may be less than indicated above. 

Also, please allow up to 0.5cm variance on external frame dimensions, as these are hand-made.

Note that all frames are 3.0cm deep.

Each art print is produced on 230 gsm archival-grade matte fine art paper made from sustainably sourced fibres which are FSC-certified. The lightly textured surface offers a soft, gallery-quality feel while ensuring superior colour accuracy and long-lasting strength.

This premium stock is acid-free and lignin-free, helping preserve your artwork’s clarity and tone for decades without yellowing or fading.

Eco-Conscious Giclée Printing

We use 12-colour giclée printing technology with eco-friendly, water-based pigment inks to achieve exceptional depth, tonal range and vibrancy. Each print is carefully calibrated for consistent, true-to-life colour that remains fade resistant and brilliant for over 80 years under normal display conditions.

Our print process is environmentally responsible, minimising chemical waste while maximising colour permanence and fine detail.

Available Sizes

Our decorator wall art prints are available in A-series sizes from A4 up to A0. This standard sizing makes it simple to match frames or mix and match pieces for gallery walls.

All sizes refer to the printed image area. When framed, the overall dimensions increase slightly to accommodate the frame profile and glazing.

Framed or Unframed Options

Each print can be purchased unframed (rolled in a protective art tube) or as a ready-to-hang framed wall art print in your choice of natural oak, black, or white solid timber frame. Our frames are handcrafted in Australia using gallery grade acrylic and sustainable woods.

Care & Longevity

To keep your print looking its best, avoid direct sunlight and high humidity. When framed under glass or acrylic glazing, your artwork will retain its colour brilliance for generations. Gently dust the frame surface with a soft, dry cloth as needed.

Expert Craftsmanship

Our solid timber frames come in a contemporary, gallery-style box profile measuring 2cm wide on the face and at least 3cm deep against the wall. Our frames are available in either a smooth matte black, smooth matte white or a natural oak timber finish

Our eco-friendly, acrylic glazing is also made from 50% recycled material. 

Professionally Finished

All frames are professionally hand-finished with sealing tape, solid metal hangers and steel wire, ready-to-hang.

Depth is measured from the wall to the front face of the frame. Weights are approximate and may vary slightly by frame finish. Please allow up to 0.5cm variance on frame dimensions as these are hand-made.

With the right care, your framed art print will stay beautiful for decades. Each piece is crafted using premium, long-lasting materials designed for everyday display in your home or office.

General Care

Keep your artwork away from areas of high humidity, direct sunlight, and extreme temperature changes. Even though our prints use archival-grade inks and papers, prolonged UV exposure can cause fading over time.

Avoid hanging your frame above heaters or in bathrooms, as fluctuating moisture can warp the paper or timber frame.

Cleaning the Frame

Dust the frame regularly with a soft, dry cloth or microfiber duster. For deeper cleaning, lightly dampen the cloth with water only - never use alcohol, solvents, or glass cleaners directly on the frame surface, as these can damage the finish.

For acrylic glazing, use a non-abrasive, ammonia-free cleaner to prevent scratching or fogging.

Handling and Moving

Always handle framed artwork with two hands, holding from the sides or bottom of the frame. Avoid touching the print surface, as natural oils from your skin can mark or smudge the paper. When transporting or storing, keep the frame upright and protected with soft padding on all sides.

Hanging & Environment

Ensure your artwork is securely hung on appropriate wall fixings for its size and weight. Avoid using string or adhesive hooks on large frames - opt for quality picture hooks or anchors suited to your wall type.

If You Purchased a Rolled Print

Rolled prints are delivered in a sturdy protective art tube. When unrolling, handle the paper gently with clean, dry hands or wear cotton gloves to prevent fingerprints or dents. Avoid forcing the paper flat - allow it to relax naturally for a few hours before framing.

When framing your own print, use a clean, dry workspace and avoid exposure to moisture or direct sunlight during handling.

Long-Term Preservation

Our archival-quality materials and sealed frames provide lasting protection, but if your artwork is displayed in a high-light area, consider occasional rotation or repositioning to reduce UV exposure. Periodically check fittings and hanging wire to ensure they remain tight and secure.

All prints and frames are shipped directly to you from our professional workshop in Sydney.

We can ship to anywhere in Australia for a $14.95 flat rate per order for NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, ACT.

FREE SHIPPING is offered for orders totally over $150, excluding WA, NT and TAS.

Shipping to WA, NT and TAS at $26.95 flat rate per order. Note that there may be restrictions to our Free Shipping policy for larger sized framed prints being delivered to remote and regional locations.

Production Times for Peak Christmas & New Year Trading Periods

Production Times

All prints and frames are made-to-order in our workshop in Sydney. Our standard production times are as follows:

• Framed Prints - 1-2 weeks. 
• Unframed Prints - 2-3 days.

Our production workshop operates from Monday to Friday, normal business hours. We do not operate on public holidays or long weekends, which may impact our standard production times during these periods.

During peak or sale periods such as Black Friday, Christmas and Boxing Day, our standard production time may be extended by an additional 1-2 weeks due to higher order volumes.

Shipping Times

Local orders around Sydney and surrounding areas can take approx. 1-3 business days for shipping. More distant states and locations such as WA, NT, TAS & SA may take up to 10-14 business days for shipping.

Please note that shipping times are an estimate only and can be subject to delays during peak periods, which are outside our control.

Please allow additional shipping time during peak seasonal periods such as Christmas. Unfortunately, we're unable to offer guaranteed delivery before Christmas for framed prints ordered after December 3rd. 

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from us confirming you order has been shipped. We will also provide you with a tracking number to follow your delivery. We recommend that you review this regularly for updates.

Although we work hard to meet delivery estimates, there may be times when an order may be delayed, due to production reasons or quality control. If your order is taking longer than expected, we ask that you please allow a few more days before contacting us.

Express Post

Due to excessive costs, Express Post for larger items such as framed prints is unfortunately not available as a shipping option.

New Zealand Orders

We are currently not offering any purchases shipping options for New Zealand.

International Orders

We are currently not offering any purchases shipping options for outside of Australia.

You’re welcome to return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery. If we’ve made a mistake or the item is faulty, we’ll cover the return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, shipping costs are not included.
