Enhance your photos and bring your artworks to life with our custom, cut to size mat boards. Mat boards can also be called window mats, photo mounts, matt boards, window mats and matboards.
Available in a range of popular standard sizes and colours, our cut-to-size mat boards are professionally bevel-cut to precision using our state-of-the-art Swiss-made precision computerised mat cutter.
Featuring a crisp white bevel cut window opening, these acid-free, cut-to-size mat boards are 4-ply, 1.4mm thick.
How to Order Cut-to-Size Mat Boards
- Step 1- Choose your matboard colour.
- Step 2 - Choose your outside dimensions based on standard fixed sizes. (Note - these cannot be offered in custom sizes).
- Step 3 - Enter your required image/photo dimensions into the fields provided.
Ordering notes:

The window dimensions will be cut slightly smaller than your provided image dimensions, so there will be a 3-5mm overlap of matboard all around the photo, picture or artwork.
- The internal window opening of your cut-to-size matboard will be centered in the overall matboard, unless specified otherwise in your order notes.
- The opening window will be cut to the same orientation of the outside dimensions (i.e.: portrait or landscape) unless specified otherwise in your order notes.
- The external dimensions of our cardboard matting are cut to exact inches to match common frame sizes.
- We are unable to offer custom cut sizes for outside dimensions.
- We are unable to offer multi-window, collage openings. One window only.
- The cms (centimeters) shown are rounded to the nearest approximate equivalent for quick, helpful reference only.
- Our cut-to-size matboards are made to order, so please allow around a week for production time.
- Because PC and device screens vary so differently, colours displayed may differ slightly from the actual matboard colour.
- Any further information can be added to your order notes, if required.

Profile Australia only uses mat boards made from premium quality, acid free pulp which is buffered with calcium carbonite for stability and longevity.
Our mat boards are professionally bevel-cut to precision with our state-of-the-art Swiss-made precision computerised mat cutter. Each layer of matboard is approximately 1.4mm thick (4 ply), with a window opening cut at 45-degree bevel to reveal a crisp white core.
Produced locally in our Sydney workshop, all of our mat boards come professionally packaged in clear, protective resealable cello bags.

SHIPPING COSTS
All products are shipped directly to you from our warehouse and professional framing workshop, located in Sydney.
We can ship to anywhere in Australia for a $14.95 flat rate per order for NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, ACT.
FREE SHIPPING is offered for orders totally over $150, excluding WA, NT and TAS.
Shipping to WA, NT and TAS at $26.95 flat rate per order. Note that there may be restrictions to our Free Shipping policy for larger sized framed prints being delivered to remote and regional locations.
PRODUCTION TIMES FOR NORMAL TRADING PERIODS
We can supply most products such as photo albums, metal picture frames, and body & bath products, packed and dispatched within 1-3 days orders placed.
Some picture frames are made-to-order in our workshop in Sydney. Please allow a standard production time of 1-2 weeks for these orders to be produced.

SHIPPING TIMES FOR NORMAL TRADING PERIODS
Local orders around Sydney and surrounding areas can take approx. 1-3 business days for shipping. More distant states and locations such as WA, NT, TAS & SA may take up to 10-14 business days for shipping.
Please note that shipping times are an estimate only and can be subject to delays during peak periods, which are outside our control.
Please allow additional shipping time during peak seasonal periods such as Christmas.
SHIPPING NOTIFICATIONS
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from us confirming you order has been shipped. We will also provide you with a tracking number to follow your delivery. We recommend that you review this regularly for updates.
Although we work hard to meet delivery estimates, there may be times when an order may be delayed, due to production reasons or quality control. If your order is taking longer than expected, we ask that you please allow a few more days before contacting us.
Profile Australia will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

Due to excessive costs, Express Post is unfortunately not available as a shipping option.

We want you to be entirely happy with your purchase, so if you’re not, please let us know.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
