Yes, this frame can be both displayed either horizontally or vertically, providing flexibility in positioning your desired photo or artwork. Our larger sized frames come with a pack of wire and hangers for you to be able to fit to the back of your frame as you prefer.

Are these frames ready to hang?

Profile frames are easy to set up straight out of the box. Hanging hardware is included and supplied loose, so you can attach it to suit either portrait or landscape display before hanging.

Do your timber frames include a window mat board?

Yes, many of our frames include a white acid-free window mat board. The product description will let you know if the mat is included, and what size photo it suits when using the mat.

Can I remove the mat board and use the full frame size instead?

Absolutely. If you'd prefer to frame a larger print, simply remove the mat board and insert your photo up to the full frame opening size. If you require a custom sized matboard, you can also refer to our optional cut-to-size matboard product options.

Are these frames made from real timber?

Yes, all our timber frames are made from 100% solid, sustainably sourced wood. We don’t use MDF or plastic mouldings in these ranges.

Are the measurements for this frame the inside dimensions or the outside dimensions?

Are you able to provide frames with non-reflective glass?

Currently, we're unable to provide any premium non-reflective glazing options for our picture frames.

Is the front face glass or acrylic?

Most frame sizes come with a real glass front. For larger sizes like A1, we may use high-quality shatter-resistant acrylic for safer transport. The product description will confirm the glazing type.

Can I stand these frames on a tabletop?

Frames up to A4 size include a stand-back easel for shelf or tabletop display. Larger sizes are designed for wall-hanging only.

Do you offer custom frame sizes?

We don’t offer custom-sized timber frames. However, a great alternative is to choose a larger standard-sized frame and pair it with one of our custom cut-to-size mat boards . This allows you to neatly frame smaller or non-standard artworks without the cost of a custom-made frame.

Do you sell frames in bulk for events or business use?

As an authentic Australian natural timber, Victorian Ash is known for its beautiful grain and light texture. However, like any natural timber, it can have a colour variation from frame to frame and can include markings like knots and grains from the tree. These are not imperfections as such, but more like a unique piece of art. Please note that colour matching from frame to frame is not guaranteed.

Frame sizes listed refer to the internal glass size - measured from edge to edge inside the frame.

If you need the outer dimensions of the full frame, add the frame's width twice to each side. For example, a 30mm wide frame will add 60mm to both the width and the height.
