Choosing Your Size

The listed size is the overall print size, including the white border if selected. Framed prints are slightly larger. Use the overall framed dimensions below to check how much wall space you need.

Print & Frame Dimensions

All measurements are in centimetres. Overall framed dimensions are approximate, with near-whole measurements rounded for easy reference.

Dimensions are shown as short side x long side. The artwork determines whether the print is portrait or landscape.

All frames are 3 cm deep. Allow approximately +/- 0.5 cm variation in overall framed dimensions due to hand assembly.

White border widths are measured before framing. The frame overlaps approximately 0.5 cm of the print on each edge, so the visible border will be slightly narrower.

White Border or No Border?

• White Border: White space surrounds the artwork for a more spacious presentation. It is part of the printed sheet, not a separate mat board.
• No Border: The artwork is printed edge-to-edge, without a white border.

Both options have the same overall print size. Choosing a white border makes the artwork area smaller within that size.

Premium Acid-Free Matte Paper

Each art print is produced on 230gsm acid-free, FSC-certified matte paper, selected for rich colour and clear detail. The matte surface gives the artwork a soft, non-glossy finish.

Fine Detail & Fade-Resistant Colour

We use 12-colour giclée printing with archival pigment inks to reproduce fine detail, rich colour and subtle tonal changes. The inks are fade-resistant to help your artwork retain its colour over time.

Your print arrives rolled in a protective art tube, ready for framing. Handle it by the edges with clean, dry hands and avoid forcing it flat.

Each frame is cut, joined and hand-finished in our Sydney workshop by our own expert picture framers. We don't outsource our framing.

Solid Timber, Gallery-Style Depth

Our frames are made from sustainably sourced, plantation-grown solid timber. The box profile measures 20 mm wide on the face and 30 mm deep, giving your artwork a substantial presence on the wall.

Choose from natural oak, smooth matte black or smooth matte white finishes.

Wrinkle-Free Guarantee

Every framed print is professionally dry-mounted onto 5 mm acid-free foamboard to keep the artwork smooth and flat, backed by our wrinkle-free guarantee.

The foamboard is lighter than traditional MDF backing, helping reduce the overall weight for easier handling and hanging.

Gallery-Grade Acrylic Glazing

We use 2 mm gallery-grade acrylic for a clear view of your artwork with less weight than glass. It is shatter-resistant and filters approximately 50% more UV than standard 2 mm framing glass.

UV filtering helps reduce exposure, but direct sunlight should still be avoided to help preserve your print's colour.

Hand-Finished & Ready to Hang

Each frame is finished with hand-sealed backing and steel hanging wire. The metal hangers are secured directly to the solid timber frame, rather than relying on sawtooth fittings in the backing board.

Framed Print Weights

Use these approximate weights when choosing wall fixings suitable for your wall type.

With the right care, your framed art print will stay beautiful for decades. Each piece is crafted using premium, long-lasting materials designed for everyday display in your home or office.

General Care

Keep your artwork away from areas of high humidity, direct sunlight, and extreme temperature changes. Even though our prints use archival-grade inks and papers, prolonged UV exposure can cause fading over time.

Avoid hanging your frame above heaters or in bathrooms, as fluctuating moisture can warp the paper or timber frame.

Cleaning the Frame

Dust the frame regularly with a soft, dry cloth or microfiber duster. For deeper cleaning, lightly dampen the cloth with water only - never use alcohol, solvents, or glass cleaners directly on the frame surface, as these can damage the finish.

For acrylic glazing, use a non-abrasive, ammonia-free cleaner to prevent scratching or fogging.

Handling and Moving

Always handle framed artwork with two hands, holding from the sides or bottom of the frame. Avoid touching the print surface, as natural oils from your skin can mark or smudge the paper. When transporting or storing, keep the frame upright and protected with soft padding on all sides.

Hanging & Environment

Ensure your artwork is securely hung on appropriate wall fixings for its size and weight. Avoid using string or adhesive hooks on large frames - opt for quality picture hooks or anchors suited to your wall type.

If You Purchased a Rolled Print

Rolled prints are delivered in a sturdy protective art tube. When unrolling, handle the paper gently with clean, dry hands or wear cotton gloves to prevent fingerprints or dents. Avoid forcing the paper flat - allow it to relax naturally for a few hours before framing.

When framing your own print, use a clean, dry workspace and avoid exposure to moisture or direct sunlight during handling.

Long-Term Preservation

Our archival-quality materials and sealed frames provide lasting protection, but if your artwork is displayed in a high-light area, consider occasional rotation or repositioning to reduce UV exposure. Periodically check fittings and hanging wire to ensure they remain tight and secure.

All prints and frames are shipped directly to you from our professional workshop in Sydney.

We can ship to anywhere in Australia for a $14.95 flat rate per order for NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, ACT.

FREE SHIPPING is offered for orders totally over $150, excluding WA, NT and TAS.

Shipping to WA, NT and TAS at $29.95 flat rate per order. Note that there may be restrictions to our Free Shipping policy for larger sized framed prints being delivered to remote and regional locations.

Production Times for Peak Christmas & New Year Trading Periods

Please refer to our Christmas & New Year Order & Delivery Info page for current and up-to-date production and shipping estimates for this busy time of year. 

Production Times

All prints and frames are made-to-order in our workshop in Sydney. Our standard production times are as follows:

• Framed Prints - 3-5 days.
• Unframed Prints - 1-2 days.

Our production workshop operates from Monday to Friday, normal business hours. We do not operate on public holidays or long weekends, which may impact our standard production times during these periods.

During peak or sale periods such as Black Friday, Christmas and Boxing Day, our standard production time may be extended by an additional 1-2 weeks due to higher order volumes.

Shipping Times

Local orders around Sydney and surrounding areas can take approx. 1-3 business days for shipping. More distant states and locations such as WA, NT, TAS & SA may take up to 7-14 business days for shipping.

Please note that shipping times are an estimate only and can be subject to delays during peak periods, which are outside our control.

Please allow additional shipping time during peak seasonal periods such as Christmas. Unfortunately, we're unable to offer guaranteed delivery before Christmas for framed prints ordered after December 3rd. 

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from us confirming you order has been shipped. We will also provide you with a tracking number to follow your delivery. We recommend that you review this regularly for updates.

Although we work hard to meet delivery estimates, there may be times when an order may be delayed, due to production reasons or quality control. If your order is taking longer than expected, we ask that you please allow a few more days before contacting us.

Express Post

Due to excessive costs, Express Post for larger items such as framed prints is unfortunately not available as a shipping option.

New Zealand Orders

We are currently not offering any purchases shipping options for New Zealand.

International Orders

We are currently not offering any purchases shipping options for outside of Australia.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

You’re welcome to return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery. If we’ve made a mistake or the item is faulty, we’ll cover the return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, shipping costs are not included.
