PICTURE FRAME ORIENTATION:
Most picture frames and photo frames can be displayed or hung either portrait or landscape. They can also fit either portrait or landscape images and photos.
PICTURE FRAME SIZE:
All picture frame dimensions used are based on the internal glass size, from inside the frame edge to edge.
For external frame dimensions, you will need to add the width of the frame dimension twice, in each direction.

If your artwork or photo won't quite fit into one of our standard frame sizes, then you can order a separate, cut-to-size matboard.
Our professional custom cut matboards options can be made to measure to perfectly fit the border between your image and the frame:
These customised, acid-free mat boards are also available in a variety of different colour options, so you can find the perfect option to match your design and decor.
All Profile picture frames can be displayed either portrait or landscape and come with a solution provided as follows:
- Smaller sized photo frames up to 10x12in (25.4 x 30.5cm) can either stand upright for table-top display or hang on a wall hook (via a hangclip provided). This includes A4-sized picture frame options where available.
- 11x14in (28 x 35.5cm) sized photo frames only come with a hangclip included for hanging on a wall.
- Larger sized picture frames 12x16in (30.5 x 40.6cm) or larger will receive a complementary hanging kit for wall display. This includes A3 picture frame options where available.
- Hang kits come complete with hardware and instructions on how to attach wire onto the back of your picture frame.

All products are shipped directly to you from our warehouse and professional framing workshop, located in Sydney.
We can ship to anywhere in Australia for a $14.95 flat rate per order for NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, ACT.
FREE SHIPPING is offered for orders totally over $150, excluding WA, NT and TAS.
Shipping to WA, NT and TAS at $29.95 flat rate per order. Note that there may be restrictions to our Free Shipping policy for larger sized framed prints being delivered to remote and regional locations.
PRODUCTION TIMES FOR NORMAL TRADING PERIODS
We can supply most products such as photo albums, metal picture frames, and body & bath products, packed and dispatched within 1-3 days orders placed.
Some picture frames are made-to-order in our workshop in Sydney. Please allow a standard production time of 1-2 weeks for these orders to be produced.

Local orders around Sydney and surrounding areas can take approx. 1-3 business days for shipping. More distant states and locations such as WA, NT, TAS & SA may take up to 10-14 business days for shipping.
Please note that shipping times are an estimate only and can be subject to delays during peak periods, which are outside our control.
Please allow additional shipping time during peak seasonal periods such as Christmas.
SHIPPING NOTIFICATIONS
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from us confirming you order has been shipped. We will also provide you with a tracking number to follow your delivery. We recommend that you review this regularly for updates.
Although we work hard to meet delivery estimates, there may be times when an order may be delayed, due to production reasons or quality control. If your order is taking longer than expected, we ask that you please allow a few more days before contacting us.

We want you to be entirely happy with your purchase, so if you’re not, please let us know.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
